Refund policy
As we think you will love your items, we understand that sometimes things don’t fit or you may have just simply changed your mind. You have 30 days from receiving the item(s) to return your order without explanation as long as:
- All items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
- Any safety seals are not damaged and all labels are retained. -If you do wish to return an item, please contact us at support@rainbowbabe.co and we will be able to set up a return and a refund for the value the item was purchased as long as the items are in the condition stated above.
-There will be a $6 deduction for return shipping for a refund made to the original payment method. If you wish to obtain store credit instead, you will be credited for the full amount.
